To be ready for use at a moment’s notice, response equipment must be carefully maintained, tested, and prepared. This foundational Response Equipment Training Course provides essential skills for preparing, inspecting, testing and maintaining, equipment specific to your role and industry
This training emphasises Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols, focusing on reducing risk and promoting safe practices in high-risk environments. By completing this course, you’ll build a strong foundation for ensuring response equipment is safe, functional, and compliant- helping to prevent workplace accidents and supporting a safer environment.
Students will be required to hold the pre-requisite unit PUAFIR210 Prevent injury (for individuals undertaking training related to the fire sector and Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue).
